I went yesterday 1st time to check my megnacare ppo plan doctor to check up in my last 2 year member ship .That's really worst experience they tell you are not active member please call your megnacare help .I had tried almost 2 hours but no body give me positive response hold one to another I felt really bad. so I don,t ever recommend any body because that really make us fool

I have to pay 1,900 for an allergy test? How ? What? Insurance is supposed to provide this. The test was done because I had an allergic reaction and allergic breakout. Magnacare does not help!

I am beyond disgusted by magna care. I was a member until 11/30/2018. My last dos was 11/30/2018 and when a claim was sent to quest lab, magna care denied it for some reason. After getting 5 bills from quest for services which magna care should have paid for, they are ready to send my bill to collection. I have spoken with multiple personnels in both magna care and quest and both say talk to each other we cannot help you out. Magna care won't listen to me and keep saying we can't help you out. A customer service rep said "I'm sorry i can't do anything". Yes you can, i was a member you have to make sure a claim which comes to you is processed and i am not responsible for the charges. I don't even have the words for your horrible insurance company. You are thieves and refuse to even listen to me and resolve my issues. The only reason you are getting a one star is because i cannot give you 0 stars.

Not paying for my emergency visit.

My wife and i have bills already in collection. Magnacare refuses to pay our emergency room visits even though we were both suffering from food poisoning. These people are the worst. I have made countless phone calls and nobody helps. Most of the time they don’t even answer the phones. This company needs to be shut down immediately.

Scam Artists

I went for my annual visit to my gynecologist. Magna Care refusing to pay for my annual Pap Smear!!! I have called them and verified that I have not had a Pap smear in over 365 days, and therefore my test should be covered. I still received lab bills and they refuse to cover my bill!
