I saw to patients holding this insurance on 08/29/2016 and as of today, our clinic has not received any payment. I have called and talked to several staffs and supervisors, and they are just giving kindergarten answers. I was told, the payment will be sent before middle of November by Mr John (supervisor) after he confirmed both claim were received by fax and electronic submission (113030, confirmation-209876****. I have talked to them AGAIN (14 times) after 2 hours on hold and Mr Trines (supervisor) told me that no claims have being received and payment goes directly to the patient in case it was approved.

What time of SCAM are you all? What are your rights to stole premiums and monthly patients to elderly and then not coverage their healthcare service? Are you all aware about this FRAUD? This letter is going to be mail to everywhere and report with EVIDENCE and WITNESS the way you all operate.

This is an illegal act against providers and their jobs, and we will demand it with Legal actions.

FYI: we saw a Medicare patient with Magnacare secondary. Magnacare sent an "EZ Pay Card" for payment of the 20% balance.

When I called to say the provider does not accept credit card payments from insurance companies (and their 3-5% fees!), they said that "Magnacare stopped issuing checks last June -- only choice was EZ Pay Card or sign up for EFT".

Could hardly understand the customer service rep ... they are located in India and his accent was horrible!
